Explore the art and the landscape that inspired three generations of Wyeths and other renowned artists with a guided tour of the Brandywine River Museum of Art. View an extensive collection of works by the internationally acclaimed Wyeth family housed in a converted 19th-century grist mill on the banks of the Brandywine in Chadds Ford, Pa. Included is a tour of the Studio of Andrew Wyeth, one of America’s most significant artists. This studio was originally dedicated to Henriette Wyeth; it became Andrew’s in 1940 when Henriette and Peter moved to Roswell. Thousands of paintings and drawings were created there, inspired by the people, architecture and landscapes of Chadds Ford.
