William T. Trego: Catalogue Raisonne

Sans Souci

Vital Statistics

Oil on canvas, Dimensions Unknown
Current location unknown and presumed lost

Because of the French title, it is assumed that this is one of the works Trego made in Paris. Unfortunately, nothing is known of the work and no descriptions have survived. The painting was sent to the National Academy of Design Exhibition in New York in 1891 but apparently was not accepted, as there is no record of its being shown.
