DOYLESTOWN, PA – Now in its 22nd year, the ever-popular Jazz Night concert series at the Michener Art Museum continues with a live performance from Philadelphia-based saxophonist Jack Saint Clair on February 24 at 8 pm. Tickets and information about this series, which regularly hosts the region’s most talented jazz musicians, can be found at MichenerArtMuseum.org.
A young musician who jumpstarted his career in his early teens, Saint Clair can now be seen playing at Temple University and at clubs throughout Philadelphia. He is the leader, conductor, and sole writer for the Jack Saint Clair Orchestra, a 17-piece big band. His arrangements have been adopted by the Jazz Orchestra of Philadelphia, the Temple University Jazz Orchestra, and the Dutch Concert Big Band. In addition to writing and performing with his own orchestra, Saint Clair regularly performs alongside vocalist Chelsea Reed and as part of the Fair Weather Nine and the Epoche Saxophone Quartet.
