Yesterday the radio show “Living History” on WCHE AM 1520 featured an interview by host Gene Pisasale with Lisa Tremper Hanover, the Michener Art Museum’s director and CEO. The conversation touched on the Michener Art Museum history, including the Museum’s connection to the renowned writer after which it was named, and the Michener’s impressive, evolving permanent collection, the cornerstone of which is the largest assemblage of Pennsylvania Impressionist paintings in public hands in the world.
