Kevin Forest
November 12, 2005 - February 26, 2006
Outdoor Sculpture Program, Doylestown
Sponsored by Premier Bank

Bucks County sculptor Kevin Forest lives in a log cabin with his wife, 2½-year-old son, three cats, and two dogs. He works in metal, wood, and other "found objects," and finds much of his inspiration in environmental concerns. Forest has created a variety of metal forms with stones trapped within, reflecting man's control of nature. "Instead of living within nature," he says, "we want to dominate it and rework it. We should spend more time trying to coexist."
